The Swart Family Ministry

HCJB World Radio began in 1931, in Quito , Ecuador . HCJB are the call letters of the radio stations there and have been used in an acrostic:

     H – Heralding
     C - Christ
     J - Jesus
     B - Blessings

John & Teresa began their work with HCJB World Radio, in August of 1990, in their World Radio Network division.
 

While there John worked as program director in the station in Corpus Christi , TX and in 1994 planted two stations on the border of Mexico . Those stations continue today broadcasting the gospel into Mexico .

March of 2001 the Swart family transferred to the HCJB World Radio Engineering Center in Elkhart , Indiana .

Because of John's experience in managing radio stations, he fit well into the role of purchasing products for the engineering center. He also works in the area of shipping out transmitters and antennas to many
foreign countries.

Teresa is able to use her Spanish to reach out to the local women through Bible studies and counseling.

As a cancer survivor she has many opportunities to share with people the only hope is Jesus. She thanks God for:

• Giving her almost 10 years since the cancer was discovered in her body.
• Finding a supplement program that really assists her greatly.
